Workplace Discrimination & Harassment

It is illegal for employers to discriminate against or harass employees who are part of a protected class.  Under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), protected classes are race, religious creed, national origin, color, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, military or veteran status, marital status, sex, gender, pregnancy, or sexual orientation.  If you feel you have been discriminated against or harassed because you are a member of a protected class, you may have a claim.
