Jake Armstrong - Goody Law Group

Jake Armstrong is a trial attorney at Goody Law Group, specializing in catastrophic personal injury cases including wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and sexual assault.

Jake was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and comes from a long line of trial lawyers. His father is a trial lawyer who has owned a large law firm in Long Beach for over 40 years, while his grandfather was a prolific criminal defense attorney who tried over 500 jury trials and argued before the United States Supreme Court. Initially an advertising strategist for some of the world’s top brands, Jake eventually embraced his true calling and attended Loyola Law School, where he earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy.

As an attorney, Jake has successfully handled catastrophic injury cases and achieved multiple seven and eight-figure results, including:

$31,000,000 verdict for a boy with cerebral palsy due to medical negligence during delivery.
$18,000,000 settlement for a man run over by a park ranger while napping in a park.
$6,000,000 settlement for a construction worker who fell through a skylight.
$7,700,000 settlement for a man injured when a fire engine ran a red light.
